An original uniform cloak for the Queen Alexandra's Army Nursing Corps from the 1950s.In grey wool with a red lining and red collar piping,I believe this was an officer issue cape? In fair condition with some signs of moth damage to both the cape and the lining.It also has stitching giving way where the lining joins the collar.36 inches from collar to hem. Flares out to 45 inches wide at the base.Four button fixing to front, interior pocket in lining
rather distressed but still a scarce item
