A rare silver badge from the 1920s for the Royal Isle of Wight County Hospital at Ryde. Unusually the face is engraved to the recipient M Russell Nov 1 1921 to Nov 1 1924,Rear is engraved with a laurel wreathe and hallmarked for 1920 with manufacturers mark for Vaughton & Son. Pin and clasp intact but several surface scratches and dings as for age.A nice heavy rare item 18gm Height 32mm
