Barnet Group Training School Silver Gilt SEN Badge

A superb silver gilt and enamel Nurses badge from the Barnet Group Training school for State Enrolled Nurse training.It is a pendant type badge with the silver gilt hallmarked suspension bar bearing the pin and clasp.The medal features the Nurses Lamp of learning with the initials FHM,St S and PB quartered around it.These represent Finchley Memorial Hospital,St Saviours and Potters Bar,the different hospitals within the group.It is hallmarked for 1960 and carries makers marks for Vaughton and Sons.It also has a small safety chain attached.A rare and beautiful addition to any collection.Height 42mm
