St Charles 'Hospital London County Council Badge

Another of these popular LCC Silver & enamel badges from the 1930s.This is for St Charles Hospital,previously St Marylebone Infirmary and then Hospital situated in Ladbroke Grove North Kensington.The badge features the LCC crest upon a silver roundel within a blue enamelled cross.As with many of these the enamel has suffered damage to 3 of the 4 arms of the cross,as pictured.The pin and safety catch are intact and the badge carries hallmarks for 1931 and makers marks for Fattorini & Sons,Scratched into the rear of the badge I can just make out A,Swann Bell,presumably the recipient.Height 30mm
