Unusual shaped Nursing badge from the Mid Hertfordshire School of Nursing dating to the 1970s.In a gold coloured base metal it features the stag of Hertfordshire and the saltire of St Albans with QE11,SAC and HE in each corner ,for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Welwyn Garden City,St Albans City Hospital and Hill End Hospitals respectively.These made up the training hospital within the school.Pin and clasp intact,Makers mark Thomas Fattorini Regent Street Birmingham.Height 30mm
