An uncommon Nurses badge for the St Andrew's Hospital in Dollis Hill,NW 2.The hospital closed in 1972 so this probably dates from the 1960s.A polished chrome badge featuring the saltire with emblems in each quadrant.The date 1913 refers to the foundation of the hospital.In a good condition with pin and clasp intact,some surface scratches and one or two nicks to the edges.Makers mark for Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent Street Birmingham.Height 32mm
