A small early pendant bar badge for the Birch Hill Hospital Rochdale.In good condition it features a suspension bar bearing the hospital title from which the enamelled badge features the Borough crest of Rochdale with the motto Crede Signo-Believe in this sign. Good condition,pin and clasp intact,makers mark for Thomas Fattorini Limited Birmingham.I believe this dates to the 1940s.Height 40mm
