A rare bronze and enamel Nurse's badge for the Basingstoke and District Hospital.I believe this dates to the 1940s.Face in good condition,rear has traces of rusting around pin,clasp and safety catch fixings.Makers marks Vaughtons B'Ham 6 .Height 30mm
