A Hardback book published in 2010 on the History of Nursing at St George's Hospital London.It is based upon an Oral History project undertaken to record the memories of retired and current nurses from the hospital.In consists of 148 pages,well illustrated throughout,with chapters on Becoming a Nurse,Nurse Education,Nurse's Uniform,Life on the ward,Social life and celebrations,Influential Nurses,War Disaster & Epidemics,Clinical Practice and Medical Innovations,From Hyde Park to Tooting.
In good condition with only slight damage to one corner and slight damage to one small area on the rear spine.It is unfortunately missing the audio CD which originally came with the book.
