A Silver and enamel Nurses badge for the Royal Cornwall Infirmary in Truro.It features the shield bearing the arms of the Duke of Cornwall and is surmounted by the Prince of Wales feathers.Marked to the rear Hilda Vaughan 1930-1934.It has Birmingham hallmarks for 1931 and makers marks for Vaughton & Son.The pin is intact and it has its retaining catch.It has some surface scratches(as pictured) but retains the enamel.Height 42mm.
