Chelsea & Kensington School of Nursing Nurses badge

A Brass and enamel badge for the Chelsea & Kensington School of Nursing.Based at St Stephen's Hospital it consisted of the previous nursing schools based at the St Stephens,St Mary Abbots,the Princess Beatrice & Western Hospitals.In generally good condition with some minor scratches and chips,the pin,clasp and safety catch are all good.The badge features the arms of the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea with it's motto Quam Bonum in Unum Habitare-What a good thing it is to live in Harmony.I believe this pattern of badge dates to the 1970s.Unmarked to rear.Height 35mm A scarce badge
