A rare Nurses badge for the combined training Hospitals from Melton Mowbray and Oakham.The badge in green and white enamel on a base metal features designs for the four hospitals within the group with their titles around the edge and a central Nurses Lamp.The hospitals were St Mary's & Melton Memorial in Melton Mowbray,and the Rutland Memorial & Catmose Vale Hospitals in Oakham,Condition is good with no enamel loss.Pin and clasp intact.Engraved to the rear to B.Farrow October 1960.
