Isleworth Nurses League Badge(Black)

Another early Nurses League badge for the Isleworth Hospital.This was renamed the West Middlesex Hospital in 1920 so it is likely to predate this.The shield in black enamel bears the three Seaxes of Middlesex. I'm afraid I do not know the significance of the different coloured enamels? This two part composite badge is unmarked to the rear.In good condition,one of two different versions of this badge being sold on this site.Height 25mm,width 34mm
