A bronze and enamel pendant nurses badge from the Kendray Isolation Hospital Barnsley.It takes the form of a maltese cross with a central shield bearing the Barnsley coat of arms,this being suspended from an ornate spreader bar. The condition of the medal is very good however the suspension bar has lost its pin and someone has added a very makeshift safety pin repair. height 50mm
