A scarce silver nurses badge from the West Wales General Hospital Carmarthen,before it became part of the East Dyfed Health Authority in 1982.It features a man with a coracle and paddle( a type of boat found in Ireland and West Wales).This figure has moderate surface wear and some surface scratches but otherwise the condition is good.Pin and clasp are in good order.Hallmarked for Thomas Fattorini Birmingham for 1969.Height 39mm
