Friern Hospital Nurses badge

A chrome and enamel nurses badge for Friern Hospital which had originally been the asylum at Colney Hatch.Good condition with pin clasp and safety catch all good.
It's design features a six pointed star upon which is a flaming torch and the motto Consolari Semper-Always be of Comfort.
It bears makers marks for Fattorini & Sons Ltd 36 Barr st B'ham1959.This dates this to between 1962 and 1967.Height 36mm
