Northgate Hospital Great Yarmouth

A large octagonal chrome and enamel badge for the Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth.Originally the Workhouse Infirmary for the town it later became a predominantly elderly care hospital.The design features one of the Herring Drifters associated with the town and port.In good overall condition although with two small chips to the edges on the left side.Unmarked to the rear,Pin and clasp good.height 36mm
