Charing Cross Hospital (Fulham) Silver Commemorative medal

A large silver hallmarked medal commemorating the Charing Cross Hospital Fulham. Measuring 43mm. across and weighing 47gms. It depicts the hospital buildings to one side with the title and Founded 1818.
