A brass and enamel Pendant badge for the Nurses League of St Mary Abbot's Hospital,Marloes Road,Kensington.
Originally the Kensington Workhouse Infirmary,it changed it's name to St Mary Abbot's in 1923 and I believe this badge dates to shortly after that time.In Light and dark blue enamel,the cross is suspended from a pin back bar brooch with the Latin phrase Unitate Crescimus- We grow Together. Good overall condition for its age.Pin and clasp good.Unmarked to rear. Height 49mm
