Victoria Hospital For Children Chelsea,Nurses badge

A nurses badge from the Victoria Hospital for Children in Tite Street,Chelsea.The hospital became part of the St George's Group in 1948 and finally closed in 1964 when it's activities were transferred to the new St Georges site at Tooting.This version has a red enamel rim with a central crest and the motto Nisi Dominus Frustra-Everything is in Vain Without God. It is in very good condition with minor surface scratches the pin and clasp in good order.Unmarked to rear Height 32mm
