A Silver Nurses badge for the Queen Mary's Hospital Nurses League.This was at one time the largest children's hospital in Europe but it finally closed in 1993.

The badge takes the form of a plain Geneva Cross with an upper scroll bearing Q.M.H.N.L. and lower scroll bearing Carshalton.In the centre is the swaddled baby emblem.In good original condition,pin and clasp good.Makers mark for Fattorini & Sons Bradford House Birmingham.Hook for safety chain in situ(with chain).Height 30mm
