Cambridge and Huntingdon School of Nursing,Nurses badge

A base metal and enamel nurses badge for the Cambridge and Huntingdon School of Nursing. The badge features several designs on a shield similar to that used on Addenbrooke's Hospital Badges.These are the arms of Cambridge County Council at the top,the arms of the City of Cambridge & the arms of Huntingdonshire.It also features a Windmill associated with the drainage of the local Fenlands.In good condition with pin,clasp and safety roller catch all good.Makers mark for Thomas Fattorini Regent Street Birmingham.Engraved for J.K.Lorimer . I believe this pattern of badge dates to the 1980s.Height 35mm
