It featured a red cross on a white background with a black band bearing the title St George's District School of Midwifery.In the centre is a Pomegranate fruit symbolising fertility.In excellent condition with no enamel damage and only minimal surface scratches.Pin,clasp and safety roller catch all good.Hallmarked for Thomas Fattorini Birmingham 1984.Height 32mm
