Darlington Memorial Hospital,Silver Nurses badge

A Large and heavy Silver and enamel nurses badge from the Darlington Memorial Hospital.The design features a central Jerusalem or Crusader Cross with the main cross being in red enamel and four smaller ones in silver. The edging band features the Hospital title in green enamel (I believe for State Enrolled Nurse Training).Face is in good clean condition with minimal scratching.The pin,clasp and safety roller catch are all in good order. The rear is engraved to J Pickering 120349,Hallmarked for Fattorini & Sons Birmingham 1965 Height 38mm
