scarce silver and enamel Nurses badge for Paddington Hospital,later known as St Mary's hospital Harrow Road(part of the St Mary's group) The design features the arms of Paddington consisting of two wolves heads and two crossed swords through a mural crown on a blue shield.The hospital title is on a black band to the rim.The reverse is engraved to Ivy I Galloway.Makers mark forJohn Pinches.Silver hallmarks for London 1928.Condition generally fair but with several small chips to the enamel around the rim edge as pictured.Pin in situ Height 27mm
