Of composite brass and enamel two piece construction it depicts St John the Baptist with a lamb, imposed upon an enamel Red Cross with a voided centre.The blue band to the edge carries St John's Hospital For Diseases of The Skin.Condition is reasonable for it's age.Some areas of enamel damage at 3 and 6 o clock.Pin clasp and safety catch all good.Unmarked to rear.Height 38mm
