Cased Badge of the Nightingale School of Nursing St Thomas Hospital

I am listing here,yet another exquisite example of one of the most sought after Nursing Badges ever issued,that of the Nightingale School of Nursing at St Thomas' Hospital.
This silver badge ,in it's own original leather presentation case,is in an excellent restored condition having been fully re-enameled to a high standard.It is named to Hilda M Day with the year 1927

This badge is a fine example of top quality.The enamel is pristine with no knocks or dings.It comes in it's own leather box with silk lining from John Pinches London,which has only minor surface scratches
