Guildford School of Nursing,Nurses badge (Green)

A bronze metal and enamel Nurses badge from the Guildford School of Nursing.It features a Rounded cross in green enamel centred upon which is a bronze shield bearing the crest of Guildford,this is topped with Guildford on a blue enamel band.The lower part of the badge has a half moon bearing School of Nursing also on a blue enamel band.I believe that several different colour variants of the badge were issued denoting the different branches of Nursing and Midwifery and this may be for Enrolled Nurse Training.Good overall condition,pin,clasp and safety roller catch all good.Height 38mm
