A popular silver and enamel Nurses Badge from the Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool.It's central design is that of a child with outstretched arms in front of a stylised sun.The hospital title is on a blue enamel band to the edge.Condition good but the enamel has sustained a couple of chips at 10 and 11 o'clock.Pin and clasp in good order.Named to V Burgess 1962-1965.Silver hallmarks for HWM Birmingham 1963.Height 26mm
