Edinburgh City Hospital School of Nursing,Silver Nurses Badge

A silver and enamel Nurses badge from the Edinburgh City Hospital School of Nursing.The design consists of the Edinburgh crest bordered by a light blue band bearing the hospital title.Condition is good barring some surface scratches and a couple of chips to the enamel at the edge.The pin and clasp is intact but it has lost it's safety roller catch.Engraved for M.F.White 15 Jan 1938.15 Jan 1941.I Believe this may be Mary Falconer White. It is hallmarked for JF Birmingham 1939.Height 33mm
