A brass and enamel nurses badge from the Worthing,Southlands & District Hospitals.Of the same quatrefoil shape as many other badges issued within the group,this one has a mauve Geneva cross in the middle with the Sussex crest of six martlets in the top arm.A lamp of Learning appears in the lower arm.Condition good with enamel intact but with minor scratches.The pin has been professionally replaced with a safety roller catch.Makers mark for Thomas Fattorini Regent Street Birmingham.Height 28mm
