A chrome and enamel nurses badge from the Pontypridd & Rhondda HMC in South Wales.The design,in the shape of a five petalled Rose features a Nurse bearing a torch.She is on a bridge over a river(the Taff?)with hills in the background(The Brecon Beacons?).Condition is good if slightly dirty.Pin is a temporary ad hoc replacement.Engraved to the rear N.H.Tasker June 1955.Height 31mm
