West Middlesex Hospital,? Enrolled Nurses badge

A base metal and enamel nurses badge from the West Middlesex Hospital,dating to the 1970s.It replicates the traditional design of a shield bearing three Seaxes,the emblem for Middlesex ,below a scroll bearing the initials of the hospital(in this case WMH).Below the shield another scroll bears the Latin motto Servite in Laetitia-I Serve Cheerfully.Rather than the navy blue background to the shield this variant is silver coloured metal with the scrolls in Pale blue.I am unsure if this is another SEN version or possibly Midwifery?If anyone knows the answer I would love to know
