Tyrone County Hospital,Silver Nurses badge

A silver and enamel nurses badge from the Tyrone County Hospital from the 1970s.The hospital had been recognised by the Northern Ireland Nursing Council in 1925.The shield shape badge has a tree to the centre with the hospital title on a blue enamel band to the edge.Condition good but with moderate surface rubbing and several scratches to the enamel.Pin and clasp good.Makers mark for Thomas Fattorini Limited Birmingham.Hallmarks for TF Birmingham 1972.height 35mm
