A scarce silver Enrolled Nurses badge from the Preston Chorley Nursing School.It consists of an eight pointed cross of St John with a central enamelled disc bearing the lamb and flag of St Wilfred(the patron saint of Preston)above the letters PP for Princeps Pacis-Prince of Peace.Condition is good, pin is intact but the safety roller catch is missing and should be replaced if it is intended to be worn.engraved to rear HP Canny 1971-73.Silver hallmarks for S&Sn,London 1974 height 40mm
