A Silver Nurses badge from the West Middlesex County Hospital.This was originally built as the Brentford Union Infirmary it was renamed the West Middlesex County Hospital in 1931

It features the Middlesex crest of three Seaxes beneath a crown,this overlays a cross over a number of wreaths.A Clasped belt to the rim bears the Hospital title.
In good condition with original pin and clasp.Engraved for D.Shaw March 1947 marked silver.Height 33mm
