A bronze metal nurses badge from the High Wycombe War Memorial Hospital which was opened in 1923 to commemorate the casualties of World War One.The shield shaped badge bears the chained swan motif of Buckinghamshire .The hospital title appears around the edge.Condition is good with pin and clasp intact.Makers mark for Collins London to the rear.Height 30mm
