A silver and enamel nurses badge for Stonehouse Hospital in South Lanarkshire.Originally an infectious Diseases Hospital it was to become a General Hospital.The badge consists of a white enamel pattee cross on a silver background.A blue lamp of learning is at it's centre.The hospital title is on a blue enamel band around the edge.Condition good with only minor damage to the enamel at the rim .Silver Hallmarks for D&F Birmingham 1966
