Territorial Army Nursing Service,Silver Tippet Badge

An original full size silver tippet badge; This pattern of badge was in use from 1920 onwards and consists of the intertwined A's of Queen Alexandra.The roll at the base carries the motto Fortitudo Mea Deus-God is my strength.The Badge retains it's original ribbon with only minor signs of wear.The rear bears Hallmarks for RJ London 1931.The Suspension bar is marked Sterling . Good condition overall.
