Cromer And District Group Enrolled Nurse Training School,Nurses Badge

A scarce Nurses badge for the Enrolled Nurse training school of Cromer Hospital in Norfolk.The first badges were issued in 1959 and this is the second version which adds the Group to the wording.It also improves the depiction of Florence Nightingale! It was discontinued when the hospital came under the Norwich Training school.
It features Florence Nightingale in front of a green Geneva cross with rays of light spread across the badge.Excellent condition,pin and clasp intact..Makers mark for Marples and Beasley Birmingham.Height 30mm
