Nursing Badge set Aberdeen/Dundee,Elizabeth Mellis Wilson
A group of items belonging to one nurse,Elizabeth Mellis Wilson.
They consist of a badge for the Aberdeen City Hospital which features an enamelled cross with flowering swags to the voided quarters.It bears the initials ACH and the motto of Aberdeen "Bon Accord".Condition is good with no enamel damage however the pin is extremely loose.It is named to the rear for Elizabeth Mellis July 1955 January 1959.She is shown on the Scottish register as being on the Fever register for 12.12.58 having taken her exam at ACH in February 1958.Height 41mm
The second item is a brass and enamel badge for the Maryfield Hospital Dundee.In good condition with only very minor "dings" to the enamel at the edges.Pin and clasp in situ but loose.Named for Elizabeth Mellis Wilson.She is shown as being entered onto the General Nurses part of the Scottish Register on 28.7.61 having trained at Maryfield Hospital.Height 32mm
The third item is a brass badge for the Queen's Institute of District Nursing,bearing the cypher VRI.In good condition it has its pin, clasp and safety roller catch as well as its original blue and white Neck chord(albeit slightly dirty)
Lastly is an Ingersoll Nurses Fob watch (In need of a new battery)
