A silver and enamel nurses badge for the Huddersfield School of Nursing.The design features two shields bearing the arms of Huddersfield and the Red cross below a white rose of Yorkshire.Below this is a blue shield bearing Huddersfield School of Nursing.On either side this is flanked by a flaming torch.Condition is good with pin and clasp intact.Marked for Joan Wrigley 4.9.72 - 8.11.75 Silver hallmarks for M&B (Marples and Beasley) Birmingham 1976.Height 26mm
