Markfield Isolation Hospital Leicester,nurses badge

A scarce Nurses badge from the Markfield Hospital which was originally a TB sanatorium an isolation facility for Leicester.It closed in the mid 1980s and this badge I believe dates to the 1950s.It features a running fox which associates with the counties hunting links.Slight enamel loss to the left edge but otherwise good.Pin and clasp are good.Makers marks for Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent Street Birmingham.(this pattern of mark was in use until 1961) Width 32mm height 26mm
