Based around the Edgware General Hospital ,the badge for the School of Midwifery was first issued in the 1970s.Depicting an acorn and oak leaves to represent new growth, the enamel is in good clean condition.Pin clasp and safety roller catch all good.Makers marks for Thomas Fattorini Regent Street Birmingham.Named for C T A Millburn 1976 .A later version of this badge exists with the wording Barnet Area School of Midwifery when Edgware combined with Victoria Maternity Barnet Height 32mm
