Soviet Red Army Nurse figurine

A porcelain Figurine from an unidentified Russian Factory.It depicts a uniformed female nurse in the Great Patriotic War(WW2). She wear the Pilotka cap with red star, a white gymnastyorka with a belt and a white skirt.She stands over a red cross box and also carries a PPSH-41 sub machine gun! An unusual figurine which I would love to know more about if anyone has any information? Height 205mm
