A lovely large silver and enamel pendant badge for the Liverpool & District Trained Midwives Association.The badge ,which I believe, would have been worn on a neck chord has a shield which bears the Liver Bird in a voided centre.The title of the Association appears on a garter belt around the edge.The reverse has a pattern number Reg527218,hallmarked for GK&S(George Kenning & Son) London 1908.Height 45mm
