A pendant,silver and enamel badge for the Sheffield Royal Infirmary marked Sterling.The Green enamel cross bears the initials of the hospital beneath a King's crown.This is hung from a plain silver suspension bar bearing the inscription 4 Years.It is marked for Sterling. Engraved for M Atack August 29th 1946 . In good overall condition with pin and clasp intact.Height 40mm
