A silver and enamel pendant badge for Nurse training at the Grantham & Kesteven General Hospital.The central design feature the coat of arms of the Hospital which was granted in January 1948.This appears to feature emblems taken from local crest topped by a rod of Asclepius.Below this is the latin motto Consilio et Amino-By Wisdom and Courage .General condition is good but with moderate enamel nibbling around the edges as pictured.Pin and clasp intact.Named for I M Dove 29.9.55 230545,hallmarked for TF Birmingham
