Another of the popular LCC Hospital ,nurses badges issued by the London County council between 1930 and 1948.This one being for the North Eastern Hospital, later renamed St Annes Hospital in 1951; http://ezitis.myzen.co.uk/stanns.html
The badge features the blue enamelled cross with central shield bearing the LCC crest,this one on a white background.There is minor surface scratching.The crest is good.The pin and safety roller catch are both good.Silver hallmarks for Fattorini & Sons,Birmingham 1931
