A Lovely Large nurses badge from St Mary's Hospital Paddington.Nicknamed the St Mary's Penny, the badge's face features the Madonna and child from the Hospital's seal.The reverse of this one just has the makers mark for Spink & Son Ltd 75 Piccadilly London This badge is unnamed . Good condition with nice patina .Pin is good but slightly loose .Height 45mm
